We just returned from another sailing trip with our friends to the British Virgin Islands on board Lady Margaret. It was another fun sailing adventure, full of laughs and new experiences.
It was a fairly quick trip for us.
We began in St Thomas (where we flew into). Then took a cab to Red Hook where we met our vessel, Lady Margaret. We went through Jost Van Dyke (where we checked into Customs) then headed to the BVI. We stopped in Tortola (Soper's Hole Marina) and Peter Island. We also stopped at White Bay (going to the Soggy Dollar Bar) along the way. It was so so much fun and just too short of a visit with our friends, but there's always next time.....
Here are the pics from our 4 day sojourn:

We may just have to enjoy a reminder of our time in the BVI when we return home with a Painkiller. It's a slightly lighter version of a pina colada. Use native rum if you can find it!
;0)
Here's Pusser's recipe:
2 oz Pusser’s Rum
4 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
1 oz cream of coconut
Fresh grated nutmeg (the KEY ingredient)
Add liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a big glass filled with ice. Grate fresh nutmeg on top.
Here's another of Pusser's recipes that I might have to try soon:
